Zoey (Spayed)'s Story...
**ADOPTION PENDING** .. "Zoey" is an adorable 11-year old female Miniature Schnauzer mix who was surrendered by her family on February 9, 2017 because they weren't able to give her the time/attention that she deserved, and they wanted her to find another home with someone who could spend quality time with her. This little sweetheart has a salt-and-pepper short curly coat, a docked tail, and a darling face with short floppy ears. "Zoey" has a super friendly, outgoing personality and dearly loves attention. She is good with children, other dogs, and cats. "Zoey" has been kept indoors and is housebroken. She is petite and 'pleasingly plump' :) "Zoey" currently weighs 14.2 lbs. She was spayed on February 14, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoey (Spayed), a Marietta Miniature Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
