Hi, my name is Joy! People often say that after one look at my smiling face they know exactly where I get my name from! I have such a love for life and never pass up the opportunity to go on an adventure.

Some of my favorite things to do are fetching tennis balls with my humans for hours and hours, playing in the water on hot summer days and carrying around sticks that are larger than I am! I'm  also a great running partner, only taking the occasional stop to munch on some grass or sniff some fire hydrants.

Not only am I super active, I love to learn! So far I know 'sit', 'down', 'stay', 'paw', 'drop it' and my personal favorite, 'dance'! As long as you bring the treats I promise I can learn even more.

I would much rather spend my time with my humans than other dogs or cats so a home where I can be the only furry friend would be perfect for me. In exchange, I promise to provide endless amounts of laughs, cuddles and slobbery kisses!

I have been waiting at the shelter for over a year to find my new best friend, will it be you? Contact my friends at All Breed Rescue at 802-489-5889 or allbreedvt@allbreedrescuev t.com to learn more about me!  ❤

About All Breed Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Our Mission Statement:
Established in 1996; All Breed Rescue has rescued over 6,000 dogs from high kill shelters and has grown a vast network of volunteers and fosters in the process. As a compassionate non profit dog rescue, we work within the community through local schools, colleges and businesses to raise awareness of who we are and where we are going. As we aim for the future, we look to our community to aid us in saving more abused, frightened and neglected dogs of any breed, size and age through basic training, socializing and networking. It's with these actions we are able to place these abandoned dogs in caring fosters and loving homes here in the generous Northeast.

Our Adoption Process...
