Sweet Sofia found herself homeless for some strange reason. She lived with Bubba in a business shop for some time and was well fed and cared for. In fact she could lose a few pounds! She is sweet, submissive, likes to carry toys around, wags constantly, doesn't jump on you, and is quite frankly - just a good girl. Rescue is pretty full right now so she isn't in the house. I can't imagine she would be anything other then a perfect house guest. Sofia is around 2 years old. She has many years of love to give you and to receive. She deserves a home of her own. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sofia, a San Antonio Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
