Looney's Story...
Looney's story:
DOB: January 16, 2016 || BREED/COLORING: Mommy is a Miniature Pinscher mix and daddy we think was a Schnauzer or similar breed || SIZE: She is small breed. She will likely be between 10-16lbs as an adult || HISTORY: Looney and her sister, Toons (also up for adoption), and their mommy were dumped at a vet's office in Mexico after being found in the streets... our transporter happened to be there the day they were dumped, so we brought them into the US to find homes. || PERSONALITY: Looney and Toons are SUPER sweet! || WOULD DO BEST: Looney is pretty easy going, however, is very shy and must be placed with another dog. || CATS/DOGS/KIDS: She can be with cats or dogs - should be fine with children. || VET RECORD : Pup adoptions include vaccinations, spay/neuter, dewormings and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Looney, a Cerritos Miniature Pinscher/Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Cerritos, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Cerritos.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cerritos already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cerritos breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cerritos paves the way for another one to be saved.
