My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ranger Crosby is a long and lean, agile, playful, fun, sweet and gentle spotted tabby cat who is looking for a loving guardian. Ranger Crosby was born in February 2016.

This smart and resourceful cat popped out from under a car and approached a woman walking a dog; that was around Halloween 2016. The cat had excellent judgment, as the woman was not only a cat lover, but also a veterinarian.

She ran home with her dog to grab a cat carrier. She gathered up the scruffy cat and brought him home with her. His paw pads were raw from his travels. He had a cracked canine tooth, and wasn't neutered or micro-chipped. He ate and ate and ate ... only stopping momentarily to accept some cuddles and affection.

He has been a wonderful houseguest, and loves to get up high to look down on his surroundings. Ranger also enjoys his cuddle time and a warm lap when given the opportunity.
