O'Melia is a little 7year old male Maltese that was rescued from a puppy mill and brought to PAWS. He asked us to tell people that right now he isn't nearly as handsome as he will be. When he came in his coat was so matted that it had to be shaved, but when it grows back out, he will be one handsome dude!! Up to this point he hasn't had a good life. He has lived his life in a cage, has never had any one in the world who cared about him, and has never had a home of his own. This little fellow is so sweet and needs and wants to be loved so badly. Please come meet him and take him home with you. You will be so glad you did-------and so will he.
