Hank's Story...
Good Morning! My name is Hank.... yep, another Hank at Red Rock Rescue! I am a 54 lb bundle of LOVE and about a year old. Somehow I got lost from my home, was wandering about looking for my family and was picked up by a nice human and taken to a shelter. My family never came to look for me and that was last April!! I am told I am just GORGEOUS, thick grey coat and my eyes (everyone raves about my eyes, blush blush). I have been dog tested and love them all, I am laid back and sweet as can be. All the humans think I am a mastiff/lab mix and cannot understand why no one wanted me. I am longing for a home where I can love you to death, eat some treats, or play play play!! Outside I want to play and run about (the ?lab part), inside just give me a snuggle and I will be your couch potato (the ?mastiff part)! Any one out there want a life long love bug? Please put in an adoption application at redrockpetservices@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hank, a Effort Mastiff/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mastiff/Labrador Retriever for sale in Effort, or seeking a Mastiff/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Effort.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Effort already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Effort breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mastiff/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Mastiff/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Effort paves the way for another one to be saved.
