Ella's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Ella's Story...
Miss Ella is around 8 months old. We really aren't sure of her breed, but she currently weighs about 14 pounds so she will be smaller in size when full grown. She's a sweet girl and would do best in a home without small children.

WV Pet Inc. is a non-profit rescue organization run by a small group of dedicated volunteers. All of our pets are in foster homes as we DO NOT have a facility. Our adoption fees are $160 for puppies, and you are required to have them spay/neutered when age-appropriate, and adults are fully vetted and their fee is $210. If interested in adoption, please visit our website at www.wvpetinc.org to fill out an application. There is a $10 application fee that can be paid via the DONATE button in order for your application to be processed, and you will also find more information about our adoption process and a copy of our adoption contract. Meet and Greets will be scheduled AFTER Applications Have Been Approved. Thank You!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ella, a Morgantown Rat Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Morgantown, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Morgantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Morgantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Morgantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Morgantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
