Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hera was abandoned at a vet's office at only 5 days old because her mother was too sick to nurse. Luckily for Hera, Friends of Rescue had a nursing mother that took her in as one of her own along with Hera's siblings! Hera is a very clever and a strong and coordinated pup. She is a natural leader and one tough cookie. Hera is very sweet and confident with an irresistible, extra kissable pink speckled nose! Her lineage is unknown, but we are guessing she is perhaps a boxer/pointer mix. We actually have a photo of her mother and she appears to be a boxer/pit mix. Hera will soon be ready to explore the world with her forever family!
Hera will be age appropriate vetted including microchip & spay upon adoption. She is being fostered in Huntsville, Alabama but can be transported to surrounding and northern states for the right home. She will be ready for local adoption on February 27th and cleared to travel to northern states on March 10th. If interested in Hera please fill out an application at http://forrescue.net/dog-application/ or email info@FORrescue.net with any questions. The application is not binding, it is simply how we start the conversation. Hera looks forward to meeting her FORever family!
