Here's what the humans have to say about me:
No Apartments or Condos for this cocker boy, he has a loud bark. A secure, fenced yard is a must and he will need house training help in a new environment. A dog social, playful companion is suggested to be his buddy so that they can have fun together and hang out as your indoor house companions.
My name is Chewie. I am a very active 2 year old, chocolate n white cocker spaniel boy. My owner and I got evicted from our home, so he turned me into a NC shelter. I am a nice boy, so the staff quickly put me up for adoption. I got a home with a family who had young children. I DID NOT DO WELL WITH THE YOUNG KIDS and they learned that I needed a bit of help with house training in a new environment. They turned me back into the shelter.
I am a good boy, neutered, heartworm negative and in good health. I am a bigger cocker boy. I am friendly, loving and a cuddly boy. I love attention and would enjoy spending quality time with you. I might need your help on house training at first and how to be a good indoor companion, I love to run and play and will do best in a home with a dog social, playful companion who would love to have a buddy. These folks recommend an adult home for me or maybe a home with kids 10 years and older. A FENCED YARD IS A MUST so that I can run and play on a nice day and then come back inside to be with you. I will be a wonderful companion for someone to adopt and love, I will need your patience with me on what is expected in a new home environment. I would love to be your best friend and share a great life with you. NO APARTMENTS OR CONDOS for me as I have a loud bark and might disturb the neighbors. I am active, friendly, playful and would love to be a wonderful companion for you to love! A dog social pal would be best to keep me company.
