Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Scotty! Scotty is a sweet 10 year old Jack Russell terrier. He is a small guy, only weighing about 13.5 lbs. He is a quiet, easy going guy who loves to lay by your feet or curl up next to you. He walks well on a leash and is well behaved in the car. He is great with other animals. He takes treats politely.
Scotty suffers from confinement anxiety, so if you prefer to crate your dog then he is not the one for you. He loves to sleep in bed at night or is content in a dog bed nearby on the floor! Scotty loves to explore his yard and his surroundings. As long as he is free to move around, he is a very quiet guy!
While in rescue, Scotty received a dental, neutering and had surgery to correct a painful hernia. He is now a healthy little guy who is finally enjoying life without pain! Due to the size of hernia, Scotty will do best on stool softeners or another addition to his diet like pumpkin! Scotty is currently in a foster home with children, but we would prefer a home with older children. He is deaf and can't hear to move out of the way of young, playful kids :)
