Danny, neutered, 5 months, 18 Lbs.
Danny is a happy sweet puppy. He was born with submissive and mellow nature. Danny was born stray and brought into a hi-kill shelter, kept in a tiny crate with other pups. Because of his mellow nature, he didn’t whine nor bark like others but just curled up quietly, waiting for a pair of mercy eyes to spot him and maybe to take him out of the hopeless place one day. Just few nights before Chinese New Year Eve, I was helping other rescuers at the high kill shelter. I spotted this poor little fellow looking at me with a pair of naïve eyes from the back of the crowds. He was so tiny and despaired. Though I tried to avoid his sight and turn back, I just couldn’t walk away. Regardless I already got handful of rescued dogs, I finally decided to make his dream come true. Danny was taken to an animal hospital for thorough physical checkup. Apart from malnutrition, he was a healthy little boy. Under foster family’s intensive care, Danny grows up to a happy puppy. He might be shy to meet strangers at first time, but warms quickly. He is a very sweet, calm and cuddly pup who gets along very well with people, children and dogs. But if he sees a big size dog comes toward him, he might dodge and try to walk away. I couldn’t blame him because being born as a stray puppy; life must be very difficult for him. Danny is ready to move on for the next journey. If you like a submissive and sweet fur baby who will love you more than anyone else, Danny is right here waiting for you to take him home.
