My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet and petite little lady is Elizabeth, a 2 year old little darling that is so happy to be with us and out of a bad situation. Elizabeth came to us from our Newark facility after they removed her from an abusive home. We can't imagine what would possess someone to inflict harm upon an animal and as is the case with so many animals before her, Elizabeth still truly loves people. She cannot walk past anyone, ever, without trotting over to greet them with a whole-body wag and standing up on her hind legs for some attention. She has zero shyness about her and just loves everyone she meets. She is incredibly outgoing and affectionate and wants nothing more than to wiggle up into your lap and stay there forever. Elizabeth is very well behaved, sits when asked, walks nicely on a leash and takes treats very gently. She enjoys running after a toy but doesn't quite know what to do with it when she gets it. Elizabeth seems just fine with other well behaved dogs and is great with people of all ages. This tiny sweetheart will bring lots of joy and happiness to the good family that welcomes her home.
