Hellooooo, ladies!
Handsome, well-dressed, 2 year-old mostly-whippet mix, good boy, seeks calm, loving woman for stable, long-term relationship.
Me? I love treats, long walks, romps in the dog park at sunset, and snuggling on beds or other comfortably-apportioned furniture. My friends tell me I'm incredibly good looking, lol! I am energetic, but a little shy, too. I respond best to frequent pats and kisses. I am very bright, and it won't take you long to learn my love language! My current mom's next door neighbor says that I'm kind of loud, but all of my many vocalizations have meaning. I bark, whine, yodel, and make weird gargling sounds, all to tell you how much I love you (and that I need to pee, that there's a box in my way, that I need my Thundershirt on, that the mailman is outside, and so on). I understand a lot of words too, and I almost always do what they tell me to. I love my kennel for naps and bedtime, and I sleep all night long and wake up full of energy. I don't like thunder or other loud noises, and I am prone to peeing on carpets when stressed or during thunderstorms. Otherwise I go potty outside like a very good boy! I love to put my paws in your hands, stand on my hind legs, and dance the night away. Snout pics upon request--I will never send them to you unsolicited! I hope you understand that I am not able to provide you or anyone else with puppies, but I promise I'll love you enough that you'll never miss them.
You? A snuggly woman with lots of comfortable furniture and no strong aversions to dog breath. You must love walks (ideally twice a day), giving treats (when I am a good boy, which I almost always am), listening when I speak, and keeping me company whenever you are home. You should have small feet or at the very least walk quietly. Big men and strangers scare me a lot...I can adapt to strange men, but not big strange men. Ideally I'd be your only guy, but sharing might be negotiable if it's the right person and he gives me treats, too.
I am looking to leave my current situation because of fundamental incompatibilities; namely, 3/4 of my family are HUGE men with HUGE feet, and when they walk it scares me to death. Dang, are those guys loud! They are also allergic to me, and despite numerous anti-allergy interventions, we just can't seem to work it out. My family would love to come see me from time to time, so it would be awesome if you lived in or near Little Rock and were ok with the occasional involvement of my family of origin. They love me, bless their hearts, but it is time for me to move on.
