Buddy's Story...
Courtesy post:
Buddy's owner said that she is not home enough, these days, to give him the attention that he deserves, and wants him to be adopted into a home where he will receive a ton of love and affection Buddy is a sweet, affectionate and intelligent Ragdoll kitty companion. He comes when you whistle or call his name and understands "no". He was raised with 3 dogs and another brother Ragdoll. He loves people and attention. Also he is fascinated with water and enjoys drinking from a faucet. He loves going out in a safe and enclosed back yard, but I don't let him out in the front. He doesn't run away from you, scratch or bite but he does like to talk. I've had him on a Banfield health plan so he's all caught up on shots and is on a prescription dry food only to keep his kidneys healthy. He has a slight kidney slow down but his numbers have unexpectedly improved and he is at a very healthy weight and metabolism. Buddy is 13 and his birthday is Feb. 22. Everybody loves Buddy!! He is a sweetheart looking for a homebody to live with. He is interested in whatever you are doing. And, he is beautiful! About 11 lbs. and likes to be brushed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a El Dorado Hills Ragdoll cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in El Dorado Hills, or seeking a Ragdoll cat from a breeder in El Dorado Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Dorado Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Dorado Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Dorado Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
