Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pixie Stix (or just Pixie to her friends) is anything but just another brown dog!
This sweet, fun, smart girl is estimated to be 1-2 years old. She ended up at a local shelter and after months was adopted, but unfortunately her energy level was a bit too much for her new family, so back to the shelter she went.
Pixie is a girl who definitely needs both physical and mental exercises to help her be her best self, but once she gets a chance to get her sillies out she wants nothing more than to please her people.
Although listed as a lab mix she may also have some sort of working breed (shepherd or malinois maybe) mixed in there. Regardless of her genes, the result in a super cool dog looking to find someone who appreciates life as much as she does.
Pixie is friendly with other dogs, although at times a bit clueless (nothing aggressive, just a bit pushy and overexcited) and loves to play with them, but might be best with a tolerant dog who can continue to teach her appropriate doggy manners.
She was cat tested at the shelter and play bowed the cat, but if you have any feline friends we can cat test her again and see if she might be able to live harmoniously with cats.
Pixie is up to date on vet care including spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworm.
