Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Exactly two years to the day of when Dakota first came to us in 2015, he came right back to us in 2017. His name used to be Chevy, and he originally came to us when he was found as a scared and skinny stray. Dakota is now plump and healthy, but confused as to why he's back. His owner became ill and could no longer care for him so our sweetheart of a boy is back and looking for a great home again. Dakota is about 5 years old now and is still such a love. He has much more confidence than he used to but is still just a little shy when meeting new people. Dakota is so well behaved, polite, gentle, and has a warm and sweet personality. He bonds quickly with people and he will be your best friend for life if you scratch him on his back until he does the happy-butt dance. Dakota is strong and active but very good on a leash. He enjoys a toy from time to time but isn't a big player. Dakota gets along fine with most dogs his size and once he meets people, he loves them all. He is hoping the second time around that he will get a fabulous home where he will loved and cared for forever and ever. File#27031 2/11/17
