This sweet, fluffy girl is Peaches. She is a 5 year old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix. She is 17 pounds of adorable. Peaches came to us along with her best friend Sadie, the terrier mix. Peaches and Sadie were surrendered to the shelter together and we believe they have been together all of Peaches’ life. For that reason we are trying to find a home for them together.
Peaches is a happy girl. She likes to play with her friend Sadie by running and wrestling. Peaches also loves people and wants to be near her people so she will follow you around the house. Peaches likes to sleep in bed with her people and will snuggle in against you. She is a quiet dog in the house and normally barks outside only when she sees someone or something new.
Peaches is housetrained and has good indoor manners. She has not needed to be crated in her foster home. Peaches gets along with other dogs in addition to her BFF Sadie. She does well on a leash and enjoys being outdoors with her people and Sadie. Peaches is a good car passenger who enjoys the occasional ride. Peaches would probably not enjoy kids under 10.
Peaches is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and heartworm tested. All she needs is to find her forever home along with her friend Sadie.
