Wimbledon's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Wimbledon's Story...
Wimbledon was picked up as a stray dog in Houston, TX and found himself at the Harris County Shelter. With approximately 80 dogs being brought in daily and only room for about 200; they only get 3 days before they are up for euthanasia. Luckily we saw him and sprung him from the shelter before that happened.

Wimbledon has done great in his foster home in Texas. He loves to play with other dogs, enjoys playing outside and with toys. He likes chew sticks and will let you hold him. He doesn't bark very much and has done very well with house training.

He is a great small dog and will make a good addition to a family.

If you are interested in filling out an application for Wimbledon please email us at lolasluckyday@gmail.com. Our adoption fees are $250. Approval process requires a completed application, reference checks and home visit prior to a meet and greet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wimbledon, a Green Bay Welsh Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Corgi for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Welsh Corgi dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Corgi breeders who help with Welsh Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
