My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dottie has had a rough go at life. She was likely used for making puppies for some portion of her life. She was shot in her front leg, leaving her with a permanent limp. And she’s heartworm positive. She’s going through heartworm treatment now, and has a foster mom who loves her and is taking very good care of her. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines, does well with dogs and cats, and once her heartworm treatment is done, she’ll be ready for a forever home. Despite what she’s been through, she loves everyone she meets. She is the sweetest, most gentle dog anyone could ever want, and is a favorite at the vet’s office.
