Hi, I'm Missy! I'm a very chatty eight year old girl who would love to talk to you all day long. I'm very pretty, with silky black fur and green eyes. I also have a unique tail - it's short with a little kink at the end! Nobody knows why my tail is like that, but the vet is sure it doesn't hurt me. I was born outside, and when I showed up on my original owner's doorstep, I already had that kink in my tail. I'm a very independent girl who loves to sit in the window and watch the world go by - you might even say that world-watching is my favourite hobby! My other favourite thing to do is snooze - I'm very good at finding all the best spots to nap in. I love Temptations treats, and would eat junk food like Whiskas all day if I could. My foster mom says I need to watch my weight though, so I'm eating better food with only the occasional Whiskas treat. Can I let you in on a little secret? My foster mom tells me I act like a bit of a princess, because I'm finicky - sometimes I want affection, but only exactly five pets and two ear scratches, and no more. Sometimes I'd rather just chat to you from across the room. I'm not really a lap cat, and would rather approach you when I want affection, so I'd like a mature, quiet home with no kids under 12. In my first home, I had a cat friend, but I don't have very much patience for other cats, and would rather find a new home where I can be the only kitty in your life. I don't think I'd have any patience for dogs either - so could it please just be you and me? I'd love you ever so much if you would let me be the princess I want to be.
Unfortunately, my owner had to move to Thailand for work, and he couldn't take me with him. My mom and I used to visit him, and one day my mom was gone and it was just me. My owner kept me until he moved. I was very sad when he left, and I'm quite happy in my foster home, but I would love nothing more than to find my own forever home!
