I just want to be with you! I'm probably the scruffiest, cutest dog you've ever seen.  I'm very playful and love to get out and run in the backyard as long as someone is with me. I also love rolling in the grass, playing in the snow, and sleeping the day away.  I'm very smart and can learn new tricks.  I love yummy treats and watching outside to make sure my house is safe.  But more than anything I want to be with you wherever you go in the house.

General Socialization

I can't be in a crate or closed off in a room because that keeps me from being near you and I don't like that.   Strangers make me nervous and I've been learning to be more comfortable around them.  I usually warm up to someone a couple minutes after meeting them, but I'm not sure how to react to strangers at first.

How is the dog with other pets?

Other dogs usually make me very anxious, so sometimes I get in fights with dogs if they get close to me. I am learning how to be comfortable with other dog

How is the dog with children?

I would do best in a home without children.

Favorite Toys:

My favorite game to play is Frisbee or fetch with a ball, but I'm more interested in you trying to catch me when I have the Frisbee.

Forever Home

My ideal forever home is with one or two humans with no other pets.  I probably wouldn't want to be in a home with kids either.  A private backyard with lots of grass and room to run would be perfect.  It won't take me very long at all to warm up to you if you'll just scratch my belly and give me treats when I'm being a good boy!
