This positively perfect little man is Charlie, an 11-ish year old shih tzu that would just love to curl up in your lap and be your best friend forever. Charlie came to us from our Newark facility after he was found as a stray. How very sad to think of little man Charlie wandering the streets all alone, especially when he can't see all that well. But he is safe and happy now, and ready to start over. Charlie is not 100% visual but he gets around just fine. He does have chronic dry eye which will require him to be on eye drops indefinitely. Charlie also had neglected teeth upon arrival and underwent extensive dental work, so that will need to be maintained going forward. Charlie is just a little angel. He has such a warm and sweet personality and is perfectly behaved. He enjoys leisurely strolls, getting lots of attention from you, and even enjoys a bath, blow dry, and some pampering. Charlie is just fine with other well behaved dogs and would do best in a commotion-free home with no small children. This little darling doesn't ask for much, just a great family and a peaceful home to spend the rest of his life in. File#26960 1/2/17
