Jeff is about 2 1/2 years old, he weighs 58.6 pounds. We think he is a Collie/Shepherd mix, but we are welcome to suggestions.
This boy was found by a family that has been caring for him for the past month. They love him because he is very friendly, always happy and loves their dog. Unfortunately they couldn't keep him with their family so they called us.
Jeff was scared to get in the car, but he did well on the ride to the vet's office. He was also scared at the vet' office, but did calm down when he learned that everyone was kind to him.
He is heart worm negative but has hook worms that he is being treated for. He will be neutered and receive his micro chip next week. He is getting a well deserved bath today and will have his matts cut out.
We will work with Jeff on his house training, but we could really use a foster home to help get him used to being in a home on a regular basis.
Please fill out an application if you would like to meet Jeff. His ideal home would have a fenced in yard for potty and playtime.
