“Hi, my name is Toni! I am a sweet and shy little girl! When I first came to the center I was extremely scared and would look away and stay in a corner to myself. With the volunteer’s patience and gentle kindness I have slowly been coming out of my shell. I now love to receive pets and affection. I also really enjoy the company (and to snuggle) of other cats at the center. My favorite is my condo mate, Mama. Since I am shy by nature, I would do best with an experienced cat owner who will take their time with me, helping me to become more confident. I was born in 2008 and would be great in a quieter home with another low-key, nice kitty. If you have an open heart and would like to meet me, please come by the center soon. I would love to finally find my forever home.”

About Homeless Cat Network

About Our Rescue Group...

Homeless Cat Network works hard to help cats and kittens in need on the San Francisco Peninsula. We provide advice, support and guidance to people who have found and wish to help community cats, and our volunteers do hands-on rescue work.

Our lifesaving initiatives focus on solving the root problem of cat homelessness and include: TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs for feral cats; kitten rescuing, fostering and adoption efforts; educational outreach; responsible community cat colony management; and mentoring people to help cats in need. We also have a unique Socialization Center, which gives abandoned, abused and neglected adult cats the chance to heal from their emotional and physical wounds and find the home of their dreams. All of our efforts work toward a single goal: to bring about a day when there are no more homeless cats, and with your help, we'll make that dream come true.
