Brodie's Info...

Brodie's Story...
"Brodie" is a handsome 6-year old male Beagle who was brought to the HSOV on February 16, 2017 along with his best friend (Copper) after their owner had passed away :( Kind neighbors had been watching out for these boys and making sure they had food, but they really need a new home of their very own.

"Brodie" has a black/brown/white short smooth coat in the traditional tartan colors of his noble Beagle clan, a long tail with a white tip on the end, and a darling face with a white mask and extra-long brown velvet ears.

He is a lovable, happy boy with the easygoing personality for which Beagles are known. "Brodie" will make someone a nice little companion. He was quiet, attentive, and walked fairly well on a leash when he was outdoors for his photo session.

"Brodie" weighs approximately 25 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brodie, a Marietta Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
