Simply adoring is our handsome hunk Adonis! He will absolutely make you melt with his sleek bi-color coat and his cool and caring copper eyes! Adonis is a 1 year old, 85 pound Rottweiler who might grow some yet, so he will be an x-large guy, but full of love from the tip of his neat nose to the ends of his pretty paws. His favorite thing in the whole world is to have you play fetch with him, he will go until his tongue is dragging. Adonis loves going on rides in the car and charms all of the passers by, he is an adult friendly dude who does not meet a stranger. He needs to be an only pet, as he prefers to be top dog in his home. Adonis would be a great dog for anyone with the time to give him all the love and affection he deserves. He's very affectionate and loves to show you by giving you a full body hug! A family able to work with him on his canine competencies would be preferred, we'd even suggest a local training program to get him up to speed, as he is one smart breed, and would enjoy it. He is already housetrained and is ready to learn more. Adonis would also do best in a home with only older children or teenagers because of his size and energy. We think Adonis is a terrific dog, who would simply soar in a perfect forever home. We hope you will fall as hard for this hunk as we have, and apply to adopt him today!

A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Adoption donations vary and are subject to change without notice. Thank you for thinking adoption first!

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.

About A.A.R.F. TN to NJ Connection

About Our Rescue Group...

A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) no-kill animal rescue located in the Upper Cumberland Region of Middle Tennessee where animal control issues are out of control. A.A.R.F. is making a difference not only in the lives of these wonderful, abandoned and neglected animals, but also in our community. We encourage you to see the wonderful dogs and puppies that we have available for adoption – and the best part is that we have a local transportation company, P.E.T.S. LLC (as seen on Animal Planet’s “Last Chance Highway”) right next door!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter in the New England area. Therefore it is not possible to meet our rescues in person prior to their adoption. Our dogs are brought up to their new families each week! The professional transport service is certified through the USDA. Our rescue dogs can be returned to us if things don't work out. We want each adoption to be for a forever home, so we try very hard to make sure it's the right match! Video conference meetings available and encouraged.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with the submittal of an Adoption Application online and a phone interview with one of our adoption coordinators. To be sure the long distance adoption is the right match for both the dog and family, we offer virtual video conference meeting for your new family member. Following verification and approval of your adoption application, we will arrange a professional transport of our new family member to your area. Our adoption donations range from $200-$300 depending on circumstances of the rescue dog, age, breed, etc. Professional transportation for your new family member is $150. We require a signed contract, driver's license and vet reference.
