Reagan's Story...
My name is Reagan! I'm a beautiful, young Shepherd who would love to join a fun family! I'm an active girl, who would do well in a home that can provide regular exercise. I'd make a great hiking or jogging partner! I'm a smart girl too. I'm learning my basic obedience skills, and would like to go home with someone who will continue with my training. Because of my activity level, I would do best in a home with adults and older kids.

I'm a female, black and tan German Shepherd, and I currently weigh 57 lbs. I arrived at the shelter on 2/3/17 as a stray from Hayward, and have been available for adoption since 2/9/17. I have been vaccinated and dewormed, and am already spayed and microchipped. I would prefer a home with no small kids. I'm located in kennel A-3.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reagan, a Dublin German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Dublin, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Dublin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dublin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dublin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dublin paves the way for another one to be saved.
