Bluto is our calm, independent, napping, sunbathing senior. Bluto is a big fella, tipping the scales at just over 100lbs. We estimate him to be about 8 years old. He knows sit and walks well in heel, he does not pull and has been non-reactive to other dogs and cats on his walks. He does fine in a crate however, he is so mellow he probably will not need one and he hasn’t been destructive or stressed when left out of the crate alone. Bluto is housebroken and enjoys car rides, but usually just naps thru them.
Because Bluto is a big guy and older, we prefer him to go to a home with older, dog savvy kids and a couple or parent that is looking for a friendly couch potato versus a jogging/hiking partner. Rottie savvy home preferred.
