Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you an active family or individual who is looking for a canine companion to come with you on your daily runs and weekend hikes? Are you interested in a super smart pup to do training and command work? Riley is not a lazy dog, but after exercise she's a champion snuggler. She doesn't want to be left alone for hours on end, but she's always up for an adventure and is happy to go with you to your favorite patio, coffee shop, friend's house, or Home Depot. She's looking for a home that will provide her the mental and physical stimulation that will allow her to thrive and capitalize on her intelligence and stamina. She is phenomenal with other dogs, and doesn't mind cats. She is good with kids, but if you have a family you want to make sure you have plenty of time to devote to her, too. She is great on a leash and is house trained. Her last family left her in a crate for far too long, which created anxiety for her -- you will want to be sure to continue helping her understand that a crate isn't a scary place that she has to go when you leave. Riley is incredibly smart, sweet, social, and good looking. She's a 1 year old shep/husky/retriever mix and is fully vaccinated and fixed. If you think you could give Riley Roo the life she deserves, email callie.e.jennings@gmail.com to set up a meeting and request an adoption application.
