My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing a very special girl, who is currently looking for a forever home. This is Perla and just as her name implies, she is an absolute treasure. Perla is 9 yrs young. She's perky, full of life, and has nothing but sweetness and affection in her. Sadly, Perla's owner passed away and Perla is needing to find a new home. WAGS fund is assisting in helping find that special home that will love her as much as her first owner did. Perla is a little over 40 lbs, but she is a little bit chunky, so she's working on getting down to a more svelte weight in the high 30 lbs. She knows how to "sit" and is good at walking on a leash. Perla gets along very well with other dogs and is friendly to people. She is a little anxious right now, but who can blame her? Her world has been turned upside down in the past couple of weeks. She's had a recent physical exam and the vet gave her a passing grade with flying colors. She has no known health issues, is hw negative, house-trained and well-mannered. Would you like to meet her?
