Tanji is a 3 1/2 month old female bi-color long coat. She currently weigh 25lbs, but judging from the size of her feet she is going to be a good size girl. She was an owner surrender due to health issues suffered by one of the owners.

Tanji is a spunky, high-energy little girl, who is very confident. She is not afraid to take a treat or toy from the other adult GSD's in her foster home. Tanji loves to play rough and tumble with the adult GSD's. Tanji's favorite playmate is one year old Sebeka (also available for adoption). Tanji likes to hide under the bed, waiting for Sebeka to walk past, and then pounce on her. She also is very fond of shoes. If they are left unattended, she will grab one and prance around very proudly, showing you what she has found.

She knows sit, leave it, and down. We are working on other basic commands. She is crate trained and we are working on housebreaking her. Tanji is a typical puppy who is a bit mouthy, so she would not be appropriate for a home with small children.

Tanji will need an active home, with a large male dog to play with. She will need a strong handler who will continue her training and socialization.
