LACY adopted's Story...
LACY is a sweet little dog that someone had found and brought in to the humane society and no one has claimed her so she gets to find herself a better home now! She gets along with other dogs and with cats and does well with children it seems. She has been using a doggy door at her foster home so not sure if she is housetrained without it. She is about a year old and is spayed and ready to go to her new home. She rides well in the car and was excellent to bath even, she is a really good little dog. She will need a fenced yard (NOT TETHERED!!!). If interested in adopting LACY please email cimhumsoc@yahoo.com and leave a phone # or call LENORA @ (918) 225-2140

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LACY adopted, a Cushing Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Cushing, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Cushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
