x JANE adopted's Story...
JANE and JACKIE were picked up as strays and turned over to the shelter by the animal control officer. Our vet thinks Jane may be Jackie's mom, he thinks that they would probably do better if they were adopted together, if possible. Jane is around 1 year old, very sweet and playful. She gets along well with other animals and children. For more information about Jane call Rebecca at 918-225-3785, Lenora at 918-225-2140 or email cimhumsoc@yahoo.com. All our animals must have a fenced yard.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

x JANE adopted, a Cushing Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Cushing, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Cushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
