My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome Tillie Bug. She is a sweet Dachshund/Chihuahua mix that is 6.5 years old. She is about 5 pounds and this weight is a good weight. She has had a dental and had teeth removed. She has one molar and all her front teeth. She is a shy Doxie and will do best with a retired quiet family. She would do best with other confident dogs. She is currently around large and small dogs in her foster home. She is timid of walking on a leash and will walk behind you. It seems she is afraid you will kick her so she likes to be behind you. She does great on a routine and is very quiet in her crate. She is not vocal and not a watch dog. She wines to get your attention and makes little sounds to let you know she is in the room but I have never heard her bark. She likes you to go outside with her for a potty break and will follow you like a little chicken. She would do best in a home over an apartment. She is small enough to go in a carry bag if you wanted to take her somewhere. She loves her crate and being at home. She snuggles up in bed and sleeps the whole night without a peep. This dog will make a great companion for an older family. Her adoption fee is 170 and transport is 185. She can be adopted on the East or the West Coast. Contact me for an application.
