Redkin's Story...
This handsome guy is Redkin and would love to go home soon!! He is a 3 year old beagle/coonhound mix. Having coonhound in him, he has such an awesome bark. Definitely a great alarm clock every morning. Redkin needs a home with a secure fenced in area since he can be kind of sneaky. Once he finds his furrever home he won't want to leave it. His adoption fee is only $90 which includes all of his shots and vaccinations, flea treatment and microchipping. Need those caramel eyes and that big smile in your life? Come visit this guy and give him a home! He deserves it!

Our online applications and more info about our facility found at www.warrickhumanesociety.org!

All of our dogs receive extra love and attention. They are tested for Heartworms, vaccinated, spay/neutered, microchipped and Revolution flea/tick applied prior to adoption. We REQUIRE an approved application including vet reference for adoption and a home visit in some circumstances. Each dog will be placed in a home that is appropriate for that dog and we reserve the right to deny adoption for any reason.

Here’s how it works: ShelterCare Pet Insurance Programs cover you when your pet needs essential veterinary care from an illness or injury. Also, every time a completed application for a ShelterCare program is generated through our shelter’s website, we automatically receive a $25 donation to help cover common needs like blankets, litter and food. This donation is of no cost to you and provides us with essential funds. Make the right move and enroll today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Redkin, a Newburgh Beagle/Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Coonhound for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Beagle/Coonhound dog from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Coonhound breeders who help with Beagle/Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
