DOGGIE BIO:
HAZEL is a loving and loyal little 12 year old senior doxie who is looking for a kind, loving stay at home parent to live out the rest of her forevers with. Her previous humans are elderly and no longer able to care for her due to significant medical conditions so they have asked ODR, Inc. to help her find a new home. HAZEL is house, leash and car trained. She will do best as the one and only 'child' in a calm environment with a stay at home parent (retired/work from home).
Unfortunately, ODR, Inc. is over-full and cannot take this little Doxie in. If you or anyone you know can help, please share this email or contact their current caretaker, Teri at doxievolunteer14@gmail.com.

ODR, INC. ADOPTION CRITERIA (aka Our Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria for dogs that we adopt and that we recommend to owners whose doxies we list courtesy posts for, the sole aim of which is to facilitate a successful adoption with a forever family.
*Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time?
*Have a securely fenced yard?
*We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and *Children need to be 12 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie).
*We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc). *Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog.
Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these or similar issues.
