Licensed by the state of Wisconsin #266969-DS- 501(c)3 Approved Rescue.
Juno is 5 months old. Very friendly and fully vetted spayed! Female good with other dogs.
Breed/Age: This cute little girl is Juno. She is approaching 5 months old and is a beagle mix of some sort. Juno is about 20 inches high at her shoulder and weighs about 28lbs. She has been spayed and wormed and will due to be wormed again in a couple weeks.
Activity Level: Juno is a typical active puppy. She LOVES playing with my pit mix boy Theo. They play for fairly long stretches and then break for a nap. Juno would love having another dog to play with. She is very people oriented and her favorite thing, besides food, is to lay on your lap and snooze. She is a very good snuggler.
Manners: Juno is working on her housebreaking and is doing pretty well. She knows what it means when I say 'go potty' when she is outside although she is not fond of rain or cold. She seems to do better in the cold when she has on her jacket/sweater, at least until she gains some more weight. Juno has also learned how to sit and will usually sit for her food bowl before I set it down for her to eat. That needs to continue, especially as she gets older since I think she will end up being a tall little girl. She also now knows what 'no' means. She had no clue when I first got her.
Foster mom notes: This is one of the snuggliest puppies I have ever fostered. She is truly a happy little girl that will make a fun addition to any family or single person. The perfect home would have another playful dog and even a small fenced in yard for her to run in. She is very scent oriented with her hound nose so should NEVER be trusted off leash by any means. She loves deer antlers and nylabones to chew on, especially since she still has a few more puppy teeth coming in. She has never chewed on anything that she shouldn't. All my shoes and furniture have been safe. She is waiting for someone to be her forever family, hopefully with another 4-legged brother or sister too.
