Important Note

Kokomo is best friends with Morris. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Kokomo came to us as a "stray" who was found by a woman unable to keep him but concerned for his welfare. Imagine our surprise when we discovered him to be an already neutered male! He's in excellent health and is just the friendliest, most laid-back gentleman. Whatever his history, he is definitely an appreciated member of our colony. He is always found cuddling with other kitties, usually little Morris. For anyone who wants a cat-friendly, affectionate, mellow young man, Kokomo is your boy! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, flea treated, dewormed, and ready to go to his forever home.

About Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries

About Our Shelter...

We are a 501 C 3 organization that focuses on stray and abandoned animals in need of help. We are no-kill and strive to offer our residents as much individual attention and care in an environment that is as low-stress as possible.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are located in northcentral PA approximately 2.5 miles off Route 287. Our facility is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays 12-5 with other times readily available by appointment.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process is intended to be as simple and straight-forward as possible. We are passionate about pairing animals in need with loving families who would best suit their individual needs. Applications can be filled out and submitted on our website, in person, by fax, email, or even phone, and they generally take less than 24 hours to process. Any potential adopters are always welcome and are invited to spend as much time as they would like getting to know their new family member.
