Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is George! I should probably start by dealing with the "elephant in the room". I am absolutely, positively, incredibly ADORABLE!!! There! I said it! I know we were all thinking it so now it's out in the open. Whew! But, there's so much more to me than just my handsome looks. I used to be a breeder dog so I've been busy learning all about this being a pet dog thing and I really, really like it. I'm a sweet and gentle boy who likes to cuddle up next to you and get pats and loves and hugs and kisses. I even give sweet little kisses back. My kisses are wonderful - affectionate and with just the right amount of slobber. I love attention. I'm super duper soft and will let you pet me or rub my belly for hours! Foster mom says I'm her shadow because I follow her around everywhere she goes. I've been working hard to remember to go potty outside and I've made a lot of progress but I'm not quite 100% yet. I'm also learning the rules of the house like what things are toys that I'm welcome to play with and what things I'm not supposed to get into. Because I have a tendency to get into mischief (I am a beagle after all), I do have to be crated when left alone. Foster mom also has to keep a close eye on me so I don't get into things. I am very eager to please and don't like when foster mom uses her "mom" voice so I'm working hard to learn. My adoptive family will need to be patient with me and make sure that they puppy proof the house. I get along well with the other beagles in my foster home but I wouldn't mind being an only dog. I don't really like being left home alone so my ideal home would hopefully have someone who could be home with me or at least someone who could come home midday to let me out and spend some time with me. I like to go for walks and I walk really nicely on my harness. I have a pretty loud beagle bark which would probably not go over really well if you live in an apartment. Overall, there are a lot of things to love about me. Would you want to make my tail wag like crazy by giving me my forever hom
