Marshall's Info...

Marshall's Story...
Marshall, his mom and eight siblings were surrendered to a high kill shelter in NC. Knowing they were in danger of being euthanized or getting sick in the shelter we were anxious to pull them into rescue immediately.

All siblings and mom have been adopted. Marshall is our final puppy boy. He's currently in a foster home in Plymouth Meeting PA and doing very well. He's learning to be potty trained, to play with kids, with other dog and he's a happy healthy bouncy puppy. Around 15 weeks old and up to date on current vaccines, he now weighs around 22lbs. His mother is a weimaraner mix and is about 50-60lbs so it is expected he will likely be around that size when full grown.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marshall, a Billerica Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Weimaraner puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Weimaraner for sale in Billerica, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Weimaraner puppy from a breeder in Billerica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Billerica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Billerica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Weimaraner breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Billerica paves the way for another one to be saved.
