My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maya and her siblings are 5 month old kittens who arrived in February. These adorable kittens are very bonded and we are hoping that someone special may take all three, or that Ursa and Maya can go home together as they have a special sister bond.

Maya is a black and white kitten who is equal parts playful and cuddly. She is the sweetest girl and loves to be cuddled and will fall asleep upside down in your arms!

Maya and her siblings have the misfortune of being born with Feline Leukemia. This means that they will have a significantly shorter life span, most likely no more than three years of age. Maya and her siblings have no clue that they are sick, and all they would like is a loving, warm home to call their own.

All three kittens qualify for our Care for Life adoption program, which means MRFRS will help cover medical costs associated with their leukemia. To learn more about our adoption programs and to meet these three adorable babies, contact us today!
