My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marlin is Chow and Queensland Healer – He is between 8-10 years old and a very sweet guy – loves to lay in the sun and romp around the yard. He gets along well with other dogs – no fighting at all. He is house broken and uses the doggie door. He weighs 60 lbs and walks very well on a leash – usually doing his “business” while we’re out walking.

He stayed 3 months in the County Animal control shelter and needed a foster so I took him in and he quickly became a part of my home and life. He had two medical conditions that had to be addressed. The first was a Mast Tumor on his stomach which the Vet successfully removed. He also had work done on his teeth which has made his quality of life so much better. He’s all healed and ready to go to a forever home.

He’s very calm – likes to ride in the car, sleeps on the floor, his bed or the couch. One thing you should know is he is food driven. In other words don’t leave food on the counter or within his reach as it will disappear if you do. LOL He will sit before you put his food down and lays down at night before I give him his night time treat (dog biscuit).
