My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miracles mum was only a baby herself giving birth to babies at 10 months old. The last picture is of Journey Mae after have 12 puppies on Christmas Eve. Poor Journey Mae ended up at a high kill shelter pregnant and we got a call to help her. Her owners turned her in and just did not care what would happen to her. A shelter is no place to have puppies which we knew and poor Journey Mae herself was a pup not needing to be there. Christmas eve she had 12 beautiful puppies which you can see in the last picture and then 3 days later we were fighting to save everyone one of the puppies lives. At 3 days old there is not much you can do and we talked to different vets trying to figure out what we could do. We had no history on Journey Mae. We believe she had some kind of infection and we had to treat her and we also believe it was intestinal for the puppies. We fought for several days to keep the puppies alive and it was heart breaking to Journey Mae and us to be helpless. We managed to save 3 of the 12 puppies and we called them the miracle puppies which is where Miracle got her name. We have no clue on who dad is and as far as breed goes we are guessing because Miracle looks nothing like her mum, none of the puppies looked like mum. Mum is about 40lbs and looks like some kind of pointer mix. So that being said we have no clue on how big the babies will be and a DNA would be the best option if you really wanted to know what kind of breed she is. She is very sweet and been well socialized.
