Ella's Story...
Sweet and petite is how we'd describe 3-year old ELLA. This loving little girl is just 25 lbs and is looking for a home where she'll be cherished and adored. Ella gets along with other dogs, but she would be perfectly happy being an only dog where she gets to bask in all of the love her new family has to offer. In addition to being a great cuddler, one of Ella's best traits is that she barely sheds! Despite her small stature, Ella is quite nimble, so a tall fence is a must. Based on her coloring we're guessing Ella may be a Pin-Tzu, a cross between a MinPin and a Shih Tzu, but let us know if you see some other breed when you look at her cute little face. Ella is spayed and up to date on vaccines. If you'd like to bring this little girl home, please submit an application at www.kyrasrescue.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ella, a Washington Miniature Pinscher/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Shih Tzu for sale in Washington, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
