My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maya is a female Toy Poodle, 3 years of age. She has a short curly brown coat of non shedding hair. She is a little girl weighing 5 lbs 12 oz. Maya arrived from Korea on Feb. 16th after being rescued from an illegal puppy mill that was raided before the dogs could be sent to the meat market. Amazingly, she is friendly and personable. Maya truly want to be near a person and will quietly snuggle next to you. She would do fine sharing a home with another small dog, but what she truly desires is a loving person. Maya does need help with house training and basic commands so access to a secure yard would make trainer easier. Most of all, Maya needs a person with time and patience to help her learn how to enjoy life as a companion pet. Maya is truly a sweetheart, easy to love and ready for her new forever home today!
