Zeus is a very active 2 year old pittie who loves to go for car rides, to the dog park, or anywhere his people are. He is crate trained, potty trained (does very well-have had only one accident due to foster mom's fault), and behaves himself very well. He is still young and because of that needs supervision and constructive toys/chewies and also needs to be reminded of his manners at times, sometimes he forgets he's a big boy and will accidentally knock stuff over when he's excited. If not given bones or chewies, he will find his own chew toys. He loves to cuddle and thinks he's a lap dog. He settles down well inside and just likes to be by his people chewing on a bone or his Kong toy. At night, he either sleeps in his kennel or on the couch with his foster brothers. He does well with most every dog he has met, but due to his strong chase/prey drive I would not recommend him for a home with cats or smaller animals (bunnies, ferrets, etc). He is good with kids, but do to his size and strength I would recommend kids 7-8 or older. He is quite the character, silly but so full of licks and love and just wants to please his person. He does have some issues with food sensitives, so a grain-free diet and no people treats is what is best for him.
Zues's adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, dewormed, Distemper vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, Rabies vaccine, neuter, prepaid microchip and heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $265.00
