Willy's Story...
Hi my name is Willy. I am about 10 years old and weigh 6.60 lbs. I am a sweet loving little guy who likes other dogs. I am house trained and would do well in a home without small children. I sleep in my bed without crying or fussing and will follow you around in the house. I love affection and attention, I will sit in your lap and curl up on the couch with you. I am not an easily excitable barker and I do well on a leash. I would love a home of my own. I am neutered, up to date on shots, chipped and have had a dental. I occasionally take medication for my lower back if it is bothering me, but that doesn't stop me from getting around or giving love. My adoption fee is $200 so if you are interested in adopting me fill out an application at www.yorkierescueofamerica.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willy, a Los Angeles Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
