Casper's Info...

Casper's Story...
Background: I originally lived with an elderly lady and we were very happy together. When she had to move away to a place that would help take care of her, I ended up moving in with a family with young kids and little experience with dogs. They tried to welcome me into there family but we were not a good match for each other. Now I am looking for my forever home again. Sometimes I am scared of things but I can learn to be confident when there are confident humans around that love me and show me I don't have to be afraid.

My Personality: I love to be with people. I also like to snuggle, run around and play, and be adorable all of the time.

Age: 4 years

Weight: 7 lbs

Medical History: I do have some issues with my knees but the vet says there is no need to do anything to about it at this time, just keep an eye on them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casper, a Loma Linda Maltese/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Loma Linda, or seeking a Maltese/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Loma Linda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Loma Linda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Loma Linda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Maltese/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Loma Linda paves the way for another one to be saved.
