You know the old saying, two is better than one? Well that’s never been more true than it is for bonded brothers, Rowan and Reed. This pair is ready to fill your home with energy and affection. When they’re feeling frisky, they’ll chase their favorite ribbon wand toy around the house, leaping over each other to pounce on their prey. And when they’re feeling more mellow, they’ll curl up in a sunbeam, ready to soak up lots of cheek scratches.
While these two look nearly identical, their independent personalities shine through. Rowan is a bit more outgoing and will seek out pets and play. Reed tends to be a little more shy, but won’t turn down cheek pets when offered, and willingly follows his brother’s lead when it’s time to explore.
We think Rowan and Reed would do well in a home without other cats, but would probably enjoy the company of a cat savvy kid or teen. If you’re interested in adopting this sweet pair, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rowan and Reed are neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, negative for FeLV/FIV, and $75 to adopt.
Cat Town is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, formed by long term volunteers from Oakland Animal Services (OAS) and other Bay Area shelters. We have partnered with OAS to take the cats who are least likely to do well in a shelter setting. NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
